I. J53-630A Model’s controlling method is
shifting fork, plain type platform and portal
brake.
II.J53-630B Model is improved on
base of J53-630A Model. Thereinto, the controlling method is altered
into air cylinder control installed on two sides of transmission
shaft, steel structure platform and rushing-board brake. These
alterations enable the equipment to be more sensitive and reliable
for controlling. Steel structure platform makes noise giving off
when equipment operates greatly decrease and rushing board brake
prolongs the service life of friction belt because it owns large
braking area which can contact flywheel and gain large moment and
then do little harm to friction belt. Additionally, rushing-board
brake is parallel-adjusted so that it’s very convenient for users to
adjust it.
III. J53-630C Model is
improved on base of J53-630B Model, retaining advantages of J53-630B
Model such as air cylinder control, steel structure platform,
rushing-board brake and integrated pre-stressing force machine
frame. As the new product which is firstly developed by our company,
this product owns accessories almost complete universal as J53-630B
Model’s. On base of integrated machine frame of former J53-630B
Model, this product is installed with pull rod and adopted new
technology of hydraulic pressure stress, assuring equality of pull
rod pre-stressing force and strengthening intensity and rigidity of
machine frame. Owing to solving the fracture problem of integrated
machine frame for former J53-630AModel and J53-630B Model, the
J53-630C Model press is greatly enhanced on reliability of its
machine frame and its overload capacity is strengthened during
application, being a popular type firstly purchased by extensive
customers nowadays. |

with J53-1000B Model with integrated body, J53-1000C Model with
split body and three-section pre-stressing force 4-pull rod
structure is safer and more dependable in the aspect of frame, and
also thoroughly solves the fracture problem of integrated machine
frame for J53-1000B Model.
Adopting
ancillary plate structure, flywheel runs smoothly, greatly reducing
the overweight during running. What’s more, tooth type of screw and
nut changes into trapezoid (while for J53-1000B model, they are
square teeth). Thus the security and dependability of J53-1000C
frame are enormously enhanced, the service life of its screw, nut
and axle screw as well as the rigidity of screw are increased as
well. The screw connection diameter of J53-1000C becomes into φ400
from φ380 of J53-1000B. In addition, instead of portal brake of
J53-1000B Model, the brake device of J53-1000C altered into rushing
board brake, thus the dependability of braking is consumedly
advanced, being convenient to adjust, and the rigidity strengthening
of plate design reduces the vibration noise during the working of
press. With cast steel as material of slide, slide weight of
J53-1000C model is increased 1 thousand kgs than J53-1000B Model
with nodular cast iron as material. Plus that the width from front
and back of frame upright post of J53-1000B Model is 750mm, while
its 1000mm for J53-1000C Model, increasing 250mm than the former.
The body weight of J53-1000C is 46.8 ton, but 38.5 ton of J53-1000B.

double-disc friction spiral press owns the same basic parameters as
J53-1600A Model and its electric controlling, steering and using are
the same as J53-1600A Model.

Model split-body machine frame is mainly composed of base frame,
crossbeam, upright post (2 pieces), pull rod (4 pieces), pull rod
nut (8 pieces), etc, weighing 58 tons. J53-1600A Model integrated
body weighs 42 tons and other parts weigh the same as J53-1600C
Model. J53-1600C Model press weighs 106 tons. |
